Summary:
The Commercial Digital Business Risk Manager is accountable for leading all aspects of the risk program for the Commercial Digital organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages compliance with policy and procedure standards, coordinates governance of policies and procedures with Asset Finance leadership and ensures governing policies are appropriately disseminated throughout the organization. Ows projects related to risk identified by Asset Finance and corporate risk; effectively communicates and coordinates the impacts on Asset Finance. Works with leadership and Legal & Compliance to interpret risk impacts from identified gaps or regulatory changes; coordinates with each affected department to ensure development of appropriate policies and procedures and management has sufficient information for decision-making.
