Your Role:
As Commercial and Office Administrative Specialist, you will provide site-based administrative and operational support across commercial, marketing, compliance, and office activities in Centurion, South Africa. In this role, you will help ensure efficient business processes by coordinating marketing activities, supporting sales administration, and managing key office, contract, and compliance documentation.
Your Responsibilities: Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, webinars, conferences, and events, and maintain marketing materials and related reporting. Manage Purchase Orders (POs), quotes, sales documentation, and administrative coordination to support day‑to‑day commercial execution.
