Collections Specialist - On-Site (Clark Freeport SEZ)

Sutherland is seeking a full-time on-site Collections Specialist located in Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing overdue accounts, executing debt collection processes, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and customer service abilities, along with at least 6 months of proven BPO collections experience. A Senior Highschool Graduate or College Undergraduate/Graduate is preferred.
