Collections Specialist

The Job role will involve working with the UK based International Energy Brand . As a Collections Specialist, you’ll communicate with customers across multiple channels to resolve outstanding debts through skillful negotiation, achieving positive outcomes for both the customer and the business. Where payment is delayed due to billing accuracy or liability disputes, the specialist will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure these issues are investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• A minimum of ( 1 - 6 )yrs of experience in a collections or debt recovery process, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Suitable Candidates from the BPO Industry with the Back Office (&) Voice Process experience would be prefered
