Collections Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Collections Team Leader to lead and support tele and/or field collectors handling salary loan accounts. The role focuses on improving collection performance, coaching team members, monitoring delinquent accounts, and supporting effective collection operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach tele/field collectors to achieve collection targets.
• Monitor collection activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Review portfolios, manage delinquent accounts, and resolve escalated concerns.
• Supervise collection activities and support team performance.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvement plans.
