Collection Manager SME

**Purpose and Impact:**

This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Collection Manager** at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA to support full-spectrum Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations in support of U.S. and coalition air and joint forces. The ideal candidate will apply Expert-level training and experience to planning and optimizing intelligence collection activities for both airborne and space-based platforms and sensors.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ISR collection management, multi-INT integration, and intelligence planning, with the ability to translate complex customer requirements into effective collection strategies. This role demands a data-driven professional capable of evaluating collection effectiveness, identifying gaps, and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance mission performance.
