Coldstore Operative

You will support the packing of customers’ frozen orders for timely dispatch while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Pay is £13.45 per hour plus bonus and company benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders received later in the day are accurately picked and placed in the correct cage for the next morning.
• Pick orders with zero mistake rate.
• Improve efficiencies and implement new processes.
• Assist the office team where appropriate.
• Report any health and safety, stock quality, or mechanical issues.

Essential Qualifications

• Evidence of commitment and stability.
• Good attendance and timekeeping.
• Numerate and literate.
• Basic secondary education.

Desirable Qualifications

• Health & Safety training.
