Cold store manager ref: 4283

In this role, you will ensure efficient cold store operations by coordinating inventory control (receiving, storage, and dispatch of bulk bins) and managing storage conditions in line with RA and CA protocols. As a manager, you will be responsible for maintaining product quality, monitoring cold store performance, investigating deviations, and escalating issues to QA and Engineering, while also overseeing preventative maintenance of refrigeration equipment and facilities and leading the cold store team.

To be considered, candidates should hold a Matric/Grade 12 qualification (essential) and a refrigeration certificate (preferred). This role also requires 5–8 years of experience within a cold store or refrigeration environment, with a strong understanding of CA management within the fruit industry.
