Cold Section Chef

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cold Section Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality cold dishes, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen.

• Prepare and present salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, platters, desserts, and other cold menu items.


• Ensure all food is prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards.


• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cold kitchen section.


• Monitor food quality, freshness, and stock rotation using FIFO principles.


• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.


• Assist with inventory control and report stock shortages.


• Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
