COD Order Confirmation Specialist

Brands Trade is seeking an Order Confirmation Executive to manage COD-based customer communication across its e-commerce platforms. You will perform order confirmation calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, no-response calls, and delivery follow-up, ensuring accuracy from first confirmation to final delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of customer support or e-commerce ops experience, strong follow-up skills, polite communication, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
