Overview

Rentokil Initial Chile is seeking a Líder de Calidad for the Zona Norte (Arica to La Serena). The role will lead quality excellence and continuous improvement in the Environmental line, acting as a strategic bridge between business areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise deployment of the Quality Control team in the assigned macrozone.
• Provide timely and high‑value technical advisory to key clients, identifying new commercial growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards, engaging the team and other areas to resolve critical deviations.
• Facilitate client retention and loyalty across branches.
• Lead and promote continuous improvement in environmental line processes and services.
