Vacancy Description
To deliver high‑quality Strength & Conditioning services across Adult and Junior membership programs. The role supports the development and delivery of Junior Athletic programs and contributes to additional fitness products including X‑Strong and Bootcamps. The Coach plays a key role in creating a positive, high‑performance training environment and supporting members in achieving their fitness and athletic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver Strength & Conditioning sessions across services including, but not limited to, S&C programming, X‑Strong, Bootcamp, Mini Marines, and Junior Athletic programs.
- Implement individual and group strength and conditioning programs following structured and periodised plans, appropriate loading, and injury‑prevention principles.
