How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

Operations Analytics Co-ops work with analytics professionals in the operation supporting one of the following functions or departments:

+ Integrated Operations Planning (IOP) – optimizing aircraft schedule and resource availability to maintain peak on-time performance
+ Operations Digital & Decision Science (ODDS) – developing decision science tools and digital product solutions
+ Corporate Safety, Security & Compliance (CSSC) – Supporting the safety and security of the airline and its employees
+ Airport Customer Service (ACS) – improving airport processes and managing performance
+ Crew – improving Pilot and Flight Attendant operations and performance efficiency
+ Delta Connection (DC) – supporting end to end analytics and cross-divisional operational initiatives and improvements for the operation of Delta’s regional airlines
