Delta’s Pilot Learning team is seeking an individual who is passionate about project management and process improvement, particularly as it relates to the infrastructure and documentation that supports pilot training and development. This person will be involved in supporting a variety of project management and operational initiatives across the Flight Operations (Flight Ops) Learning ecosystem.

This role will support the coordination and documentation of projects that enable the Flight Ops Learning team and infrastructure. An understanding of project management methodologies, process improvement practices, stakeholder communication, and departmental documentation would be beneficial.
