Co-Founder & Lead Developer for AI Workflow Platform

Jobtailor is seeking a Co-Founder level Lead Developer to help build and deploy a commercial AI workflow product used by real clients. You will design and develop backend-heavy web services, make architecture decisions, and own authentication, databases, APIs and integrations.

You will work with Claude and other LLM services, translate pilot feedback into product improvements, and drive the platform toward stability and scale. English communication is required; Finnish is a plus.
