Co‑Founder & Engineering Lead for High-Growth Startups

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups within a Fellowship framework. You will be employed by EWOR while you build your startup, with optional funding up to €500k.

Weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to an elite founder community, and strong support for team-building and go-to-market efforts are provided. Successful Fellows receive extensive coaching to prepare for multi-million euro funding rounds and aim to reach €1B+ valuations.
