• The CNC Programmer Supervisor role oversees CNC programming workflow, supervising tool room personnel, develops advanced toolpaths, mentors programmers, and partners closely with engineering, quality, and production to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe machining processes.

The CNC Programmer Supervisor will:

• Supervise, mentor, and develop CNC Programmers and Toolroom Attendants at varying skill levels.


• Review, approve, and optimize CNC programs for 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis machining centers.
• Assign programming tasks based on production priorities and skill sets.
• Develop advanced toolpaths using CAM software (Mastercam, Gibbscam, Fusion 360, Esprit, etc.).
• Troubleshoot machining issues related to programs, tooling, or process flow.
