CNC Machinists

Our client, a designer/manufacturer and global integrator of welding and assembly systems and material handling systems, is in search of CNC Machinists to join their team.

Compensation and Schedule: $27 - $29/hr. Days, Afternoons and Shift work possible. Temp to Perm.

Responsibilities:

• Study drawings and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and the sequence of machining operations using knowledge of shop mathematics, metal properties, and the methodology and procedures of machining.
• Verify conformance of the detail to specifications by using measuring instruments such as scales, calipers, micrometers, Vernier, and fixed gauges.
• Recognize the functions of the specific Controller capabilities program parameters to load, evaluate and run a specific program.
• Input additions, deletions, and changes to the machining program as instructed by the CAM department.
