Are you the person everyone trusts when the tolerances get tight and the setup isn’t straightforward? This role is for a CNC Machinist who owns the process—from setup through inspection—not someone who just hits cycle start.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Set up and run CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines with confidence.

• 
  

  Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T and know what those numbers really mean on the floor.

• 
  

  Make offsets and basic program edits on controls like Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak.

• 
  

  Choose tooling, dial in cutting parameters, and handle fixture setup and part changeovers.

• 
  

  Run first article inspections and in-process checks using micrometers, calipers, bore and height gauges.
