**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality precision components. You will independently perform complete machine setups, adjust and edit CNC programs, and ensure parts meet dimensional and quality requirements. The position requires strong technical expertise in CNC setup, tooling, fixtures, and G-code, as well as the ability to troubleshoot machining issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform complete setups on CNC mills and lathes, including configuring work-holding, tooling, and machine parameters.
+ Open, read, analyze, and edit CNC programs and G-code to meet production and quality requirements.
