CNC Machinist

The Machinist – CNC HBM is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC Horizontal Boring Mill machines to manufacture large, precision components according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining practices, blueprint interpretation, quality control, and safe manufacturing procedures to ensure high-quality production and on-time delivery.




Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Horizontal Boring Mill (HBM) machines for precision machining operations.


• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.


• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices appropriate for each job.


• Load materials and accurately align large workpieces for machining.
