CNC Machinist

**CNC Machinist 1st Shift**

**Location:** Bloomington, MN

**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 7:00 am- 3:30 pm

**What You’ll Do**

+ Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to customer specifications
+ Verify existing programs and modify CNC programs as needed
+ Set up machines, including adjusting and changing tooling
+ Perform one full setup approximately every two weeks, involving a longer tooling/inserts changeover
+ Inspect parts during production using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met
+ Perform basic preventive maintenance, including checking/refilling fluids and monitoring filters

**What You Bring**

+ 1+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC machines
+ Knowledge of G & M codes
+ Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
