Location: North Houston
Pay: $16-$22/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Day Shift (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or Night Shift (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
LINK Staffing is hiring CNC Lathe Operators (Level 2) for a manufacturing facility in the Houston area. Openings are available on both day and night shifts. Pay is based on experience.
What You'll Do:
- Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts
- Load raw materials and monitor machine cycles for consistency
- Check parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Follow work orders, blueprints, and setup instructions
- Make basic offsets or tool adjustments (higher levels)
- Identify defects and ensure parts meet specifications
- Keep machines and work area clean and organized
