**Job Description**
The CNC Machine Operator sets up, programs, and operates CNC equipment to perform precision machining tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling. This role interprets blueprints and mechanical drawings, translates instructions into computer commands, and ensures that all parts meet quality and specification requirements within a busy machine shop environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare CNC machines for operation by setting up tools, fixtures, and materials according to job specifications.
+ Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and other machining processes.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and other technical documents to understand job requirements and desired results.
+ Translate work instructions and part specifications into accurate computer commands and CNC programs.
