CNC Machine, Finishing Operator II (2nd shift)

**Finishing Operator II (2nd shift)**

+ **Location:** Worcester, MA 01615
+ **Work Schedule:** Mon to Fri / **2nd Shift:** 2 pm to 10:30 pm
+ **Pay rate:** 24$ per hour
+ **Contract:** W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration **(temp to hire)**


**Responsibilities**



+ Set up and operate complex CNC and computer-controlled finishing machines.
+ Perform grinding and finishing operations from initial shaping to final product.
+ Work to engineered specifications with high precision and close tolerances.


**Qualifications**



+ **Education:** High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
+ **Experience:** Technical school training or apprenticeship; minimum 4 months of CNC/finishing experience.
+ **Skills:** Proficient in blueprint reading, trade math, and dimensional layout/verification.
+ **Physical:** Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs...
