Amazon Australia is a vividly growing business today that is loved by Australian customers. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) enables our Selling partners to hand over the heavy lifting of warehousing, payment processing, delivery, returns, and customer service to Amazon, utilizing the capabilities Amazon has built over the last 25 years.
The Australian FBA team is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Program Manager to support FBA Inbound Operations for the Australian marketplace. This role is located in China while supporting the Australia marketplace. You will work closely with the AU FBA team, Inbound Supply Chain (IBSC), Operations, and external carriers to drive operational excellence across inbound operations, carrier performance, and volume management.
In this role, you will own carrier performance monitoring and compliance, support inbound forecasting and volume management, and contribute to programs that improve the end-to-end seller inbound experience. You ...
