The CMS Onboarding Officer coordinates and manages the end-to-end implementation process for client solutions, including pre-implementation meetings, scoping, documentation, and technical assessments. Ensures accurate and timely preparation of implementation documents, conducts user acceptance testing (UAT), and provides user training and program installation aligned with product standards. Oversees pilot transactions, resolves issues promptly, and collaborates with internal teams to meet timelines and service level agreements. Maintains proper documentation and tracking of all implementation activities to ensure successful turnover and client satisfaction.
