REAch2 Academy Trust is seeking a highly motivated Cluster Surveying Partner to join our dynamic Estates Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our schools, contribute to the development and maintenance of our estate, and collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals. The role is a mixture of working from home and visits to schools, typically you will be travelling into a school 3-4 days per week (variable).

This is a hands‑on role covering condition and compliance surveys, maintenance planning and the delivery of minor refurbishment works, working closely with school leaders and the central Estates team to ensure school buildings are safe, well maintained and fit for purpose.

This role would suit a Building Surveyor, Estates Manager or refurbishment professional who enjoys autonomy, variety and working directly with end users.
