Prerequisites for a Cluster Head - Sales

• Bachelor's degree in RICS/ real estate/ or similar.
• Experience of leading a team and working with top management of a company. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in Coworking and Commercial Real Estate (Transactions / leasing Manager) is a must.
• Network of Channel Partners and Corporate Clients
• Experience in customer account management. 
• Good communication and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to appeal to startups, SMEs, corporates and should be good in building relationships.
