Cluster Associate

About the role

As a Cluster Associate you will be responsible for establishing and managing 3-5 smart schools within targeted urban slum neighborhoods of Multan and Faisalabad. The role involves identification of sites, deployment of technology, overseeing operations and ensuring that the schools deliver sustainable success across key indicators such as growth in number of students and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• School location identification: conduct assessments and surveys to identify suitable locations for setting up smart schools within a designated cluster.
• Negotiation & deal closure: negotiate and finalize agreements for school spaces, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and long‑term viability.
• School setup: oversee school infrastructure setup, procurement of resources and technology installation.
