Description and Responsibilities


Open Sky's Clubhouses are a member of the Massachusetts Clubhouse Coalition (https://www.massclubs.org/massachusetts-clubhouses) , an organization comprising 33 clubhouses throughout the Commonwealth and is a community dedicated to the rehabilitation of adults recovering from mental illness. Through a variety of meaningful and engaging tasks, members have the ability to develop or refresh employment skills, explore educational opportunities, and participate in social activities.
The Clubhouse Support Staff facilitate participation for all aspects of the Clubhouse among members, including Work Ordered Day, Employment, Supported Education, and Social Program. They also l ead activities and encourage active participation among members, ass ist members in finding meaningful employment and support individuals as they learn new skills and connect to the community.
