Club Technician

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all clublevel rooms and lounges are functioning properly
• Perform routine preventive maintenance checks.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot AV equipment (TVs speakers projectors) in club lounges
• Ensure smooth running of entertainment systems and guest-use technology.
• Ensure technical readiness of clublevel guest areas.
• Respond promptly to service calls or technical issues reported by staff or guests.
• Assist in setting up special VIP events in club areas
• Maintain tools and spare parts inventory.
• Request or restock needed equipment or supplies for technical upkeep.
• Respond to technical issues reported by guests in clublevel rooms or lounges.
• Ensure all facilities are in top condition for VIPs and higher-tier loyalty guests.
