**Club Claims Specialist**
The salary range for this role is $13.70 to $17.75 per hour and is a remote role.
**Overview** :
You’ll never be bored in this role - as a **Club Claims Specialist** , will manage the daily claims process of the Aaron's Club Program. This responsibility will involve being the liaison between Aaron's customers, Aaron's stores, and partner of the Aaron's Club program to ensure claims are received and processed in a timely manner.

**What You Need** :
+ HS Diploma, some college preferred
+ 3-4 years of experience
+ Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office

+ Delivers consistent, high-quality service to customers & stores throughout the claim life cycle, including but not limited to prompt contact, explaining the process, setting expectations, on-going support
