Cloud Tech Specialist - Microsoft 365 & Azure (Night Shift)

Zones, LLC is seeking a Cloud Technical Specialist to deliver technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365 and Azure, and to assist customer administrators and IT teams in Islamabad.

The role requires strong knowledge of cloud services, licensing models, and troubleshooting, with a focus on customer satisfaction and SLA adherence. Shift timings are 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PK Time.
