Cloud TAM - Enterprise Health & Adoption Advocate

Alibaba Cloud is seeking a customer advocate for their Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years' experience in Java development, and strong knowledge of cloud computing and IT infrastructure.

Your role will involve providing proactive services to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure successful operation of Alibaba Cloud solutions. Experience as a technology consultant and familiarity with multiple cloud vendors is a plus.
