Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system health of the production customer systems and help troubleshoot deployment or environment issues
• Managing and maintaining Azure IaaS infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, backups)
• Participate in release deployments, upgrades, patches, and customer migrations
• Maintain deployment and environment documentation (runbooks, checklists)
• Support application deployments to Windows and Linux systems across DEV / QA / PROD environments
• Keeping controls, policies, and test automations up-to-date in the Drata GRC platform for SOC2 Type 2 compliance
• Work closely with infrastructure leads based in North America (Canada)
