Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 2 – Cloud Management. The engineer builds and operates Azure, AWS, and private-cloud infrastructure for ALTESS applications, implementing IaC, CI/CD, and secure networking.

_This position is contingent upon contract award._

**Responsibilities**

• Build and operate Azure, AWS, and private-cloud infrastructure.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code with Ansible and Terraform.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Travis CI, AWS CodeDeploy, and Git.
• Configure secure networking including IPSEC, VPN, and BGP.

**Required Qualifications**

• Active IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
