• Assist in designing migration solutions covering: Compute (VM/Kubernetes), Storage (Object Storage/File Storage), Databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and Landing Zone architecture.
• Collaborate with customer migration teams to provide ongoing technical support and migration services.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries and relay feedback to Tencent Cloud team.
