Cloud Consultant, Senior (Xico)

As a Senior Cloud Consultant you will help businesses transition to, optimize, and manage cloud computing solutions.

The role involves advising clients on cloud strategies, implementing solutions, and ensuring security and scalability.

You will also mentor team members and provide best‑in‑class service to our customers.

• Operations Monitoring (on premise to cloud solutions).
• Work directly with stakeholders, partners and hosting providers in a support capacity including ERP XA, ERP LX and ERPS21 product support and managing Level 2/3 activities like Application & OS User Management, Job Management requests, monitoring Wintel restarts and working on Disk Space, RDP and Server Availability issues.
• Tech stack component installation.
• Network, Infra and SMTP troubleshooting and perform regular system health checks and ensure backups are successful along with restoration requests (BRMS).
