Cloud Administrator

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Provision, configure, and manage GCP resources, including Virtual Machines (GCE), Kubernetes Clusters (GKE), Cloud Storage, and VPC networks.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM): Implement and manage IAM policies, roles, and service accounts to ensure secure access to cloud resources based on the principle of least privilege.
• Monitoring & Operations: Monitor system performance, health, and availability using Google Cloud's logging. Respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts using Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, or scripting languages such as Python or Bash to streamline operations and deployments.
