ROLE SUMMARY:
The Clothing Support Officer supports the effective operation of the VICSES Personal Protective Clothing (PPC) ordering system to ensure volunteers and staff can efficiently access approved clothing.
The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day functionality of the VICSES clothing ordering platform, monitoring automated processes, identifying system issues and coordinating resolution with system support providers.
The position acts as the first point of contact for users experiencing system issues and provides guidance and support to volunteers and staff using the ordering system
The role also supports the management of clothing catalogue information within the system, including updating kit configurations, maintaining product and pricing information, and coordinating bulk clothing orders when required.
