Clinical Trials Data, Programming and IT lead

Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Woodstock Road, Oxford Applications are invited for a Clinical Trials Data, Programming and IT lead to hold a leadership role in the Primary Care Clinical Trials Unit. This role leads the strategic development of clinical trial data and technology, overseeing data governance, regulatory compliance, and the modernisation of digital systems. You will drive efficiency through standardised processes, strengthen collaboration with data science groups, and enhance data lifecycle management, including archiving and long‑term accessibility. The post holder will champion innovation—particularly AI adoption—while upgrading IT infrastructure, managing system validation and security, and reducing operational risk.
