Clinical Trial Patient Concierge

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Concierge Coordinator to support patients in clinical trials by managing travel logistics or reimbursement activities.

You will coordinate with patients, sites, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant, and personalized services while maintaining strict confidentiality. The role collaborates with PCS project managers and uses approved systems to book travel, review enrolment data, and process payments.
