Your Work and How You'll Make a Difference The center's Clinical Trainer will train clinical staff with direct coordination and oversight from BCBAs, ensuring that training milestones and clinical expectations are achieved. Additionally, this position will collaborate clinically with BCBAs, making sure that each Therapy Team operates effectively and efficiently while guaranteeing that every child makes adequate progress according to BACB's clinical requirements. This role is vital to the center's success. It ensures that all new Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) receive training according to BACB standards and comply with the company's training program.
