Responsibilities
- Source and recruit CRNAs and Anesthesiologists for PRN, locums, and full-time opportunities
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates through outreach and networking
- Maintain relationships with SRNA programs, universities, faculty, and students
- Represent the organization at conferences, career fairs, and university programs
- Partner with hiring leaders to execute recruiting strategies
- Create outreach campaigns using Greenhouse, HireEZ, PracticeMatch, and LinkedIn
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews to provide a high-touch experience
- Maintain recruiting activity and documentation within Greenhouse ATS
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
