Clinical Research Director (CRD) – Overview

The Clinical Research Director is the Clinical Operations lead for a country or cluster. The role is responsible for the execution of all Clinical Trials in scope for GCTO country operations, ensuring adherence to GCP, local and global policies, and the delivery of high‑quality, inspection‑ready studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the regional GCTO leadership team and lead strategic development of the country/cluster to deliver trials as per the global clinical research pipeline.
• Act as the strategic country/cluster representative for initiatives across the organization.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring efficient resource allocation and skill development.
