We have an exciting opportunity as a Full Time Clinical Pharmacist within Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services for our Chilliwack Primary Care Clinic located in Chilliwack, BC, where you can showcase your clinical pharmacy skills!

The BC Ministry of Health is providing funding for the Pharmacists in PCN program, which will integrate clinical pharmacists into primary care teams within Primary Care Networks (PCNs) across health authorities through the province. The onboarding of clinical pharmacists for these positions is done with collaboration between health authority and community stakeholders.
