PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Clinical Nurse Manager 2, Crampton will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of patient centred care in both units. The CNM2 will manage and coordinate a smooth operation ensuring health and safety for all and the delivery of the highest standard of quality care at all times. The successful candidate will act as a role model and lead the team to promote a holistic service for all patients within the Medical Directorate in line with the mission and vison of Tallaght University Hospital.

QUALIFICATIONS
