Job Description
Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, this role will help provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to the Care Centre team at our Whanganui village.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing clinical guidance, day‑to‑day direction, and leadership to the Care Centre team.
- Work closely with the Care Centre Manager to support safe operation of the care team.
- Actively participate in Summerset’s quality management programme.
- Consult with residents and their advocates to establish shared expectations of care and service delivery.
