Clinical Nurse Lead

Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, this role will help to provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to our incredible Care Centre team at our Whanganui village.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in providing clinical guidance, day to day direction, and leadership to the Care Centre team.
• Working closely with Care Centre Manager to help support safe operation of the care team.
• Active involvement with the Summerset quality management programme.
• Consult with residents and their advocates to establish shared expectations of care and service delivery
• Acting as a clinical liaison for health care team members with a key focus on the primary care team, pharmacists, podiatrists, physiotherapist, dietitian, and specialist services that are required for individual residents.
